Scrum meets the swipe
Scrinder helps Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and teams reflect on everyday agile work. Cards explore Scrum events, team dynamics, engineering, product value, culture and cross-team collaboration — including a dedicated Scrum Master / RTE Team deck.
Swipe right for “Going well” or left for “Problem”. The point is not to grade people: it is to find topics worth discussing together.
From individual reactions to a team retro
- A host chooses a deck and shares the session code, invitation link or QR code.
- Each participant joins with a name and rates the cards on their own phone or computer.
- Once everyone has rated every card, the team sees its statistics, strengths, problem areas and opinion splits.
- Use those patterns to choose a retrospective topic, hear different perspectives and agree on a small experiment for the next sprint.
Keep the conversation going
Completed team results can be downloaded as a PDF. The optional AI retro coach suggests tailored questions and next-step experiments from the aggregated results. Treat suggestions as a starting point, not a verdict about your team.
You can also reflect on your own with solo sessions or create a custom deck for your team's context.
